How it works

Learn how our services work step-by-step with our video tutorials shown below

Step 1: Subscribe to a plan

Begin by clicking on the 'START NOW' button to access the subscription page. You can access the same page by clicking on 'PRICING' at the top of the page where the header is located. There, you will have access to four different subscription plans: 'BASIC', 'STANDARD', 'PREMIUM' and 'SINGLE'.

You should also have an option available that allows you to select your preferred payment method, either 'MONTHLY' or 'YEARLY'. The 'SINGLE' plan allows content creators to pay for a single project instead of a monthly subscription, which allows more flexibility on one's workflow. These plans will vary from person to person, so once you've decided what works best for your needs, go ahead and click on the 'PAY' button.

Step 2: Complete your order

At this point, the subscription plan selected will be visible. You will be able to see an image assigned to the plan, ensuring that the correct option was selected (don't forget that you can share this item on Facebook, Twitter or Pinterest and recommend it to your friends, especially other content creators).

Once confirmed, go ahead and click the 'ADD TO CART' button. Leading up to the cart page, you will have the option to remove the plan incase you change your mind; but if satisfied, proceed by pressing the 'CHECK OUT' button. This will lead you to the check out page, where you will be able to fill out your personal details and complete your order.

Step 3: Check email for 'Welcome' message

You are now subscribed to RawContentGuru! You will receive a welcome message immediately in your inbox, so please look out for that.

That email will congratulate you for your subscription and tell you exactly what you need to do from that point forward. The email will require you to wait for another message (email) inviting you to a platform called 'Asana'. There, you will be able to connect with the video editor that's taking good care of your projects. Follow the steps in the tutorial on the side. You may need to check your 'Junk' or 'Spam' folders.

Step 4: Accept invite & follow instructions

When the invitation arrives, simply click on the email and 'Accept Invite'. This action will require you to create an account on Asana and it only takes a few seconds. The best approach when creating an account on Asana is to use an email you're currently using, so that you don't forget your account after the first attempt!

Proceed by applying a profile picture and your full name. This will help the editor identify you as the customer and will make the interaction a lot more intimate.

Step 5: Navigate to the chatbox on Asana

Go to the 'INBOX' section on the left-hand side of Asana and click the message you have been assigned to (the tutorial will show it better). Once you've found the chatbox, send a cheeky message to the editor stating that you're the customer who has been invited to the Asana chatbox.

And vua-la! You are now connected with your editor! Here, you can send your footage and communicate directly with them at any time. It's also a good idea to download the Asana app on your phone to keep notified on the go. You will also be provided with the final looks of your projects. Feel free to give any feedback, they are always open for suggestions.
