What softwares we use
Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects are our most commonly used softwares for video editing. We also specialize in Final Cut Pro X as well as Logic Pro X for audio editing services.
For custom thumbnails, softwares including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator are common for our graphic designers.
When to expect your final product
For us, deadline is important. YouTubers are commonly known for posting weekly-scheduled content to keep engagement flowing on their channels. That is why we have 48hrs from the moment you send us all your files and footages to have your final product delivered to your hands.
But you may ask, why not 24hrs?
Most of our competitors have a 24hr window, which for us is a really good bait. Our focus is beyond a quick and basic execution. With each plan having the same content, they do vary from eachother. Starting with subscriptions: BASIC and PREMIUM plan are both monthly subscriptions with a set amount of videos you can produce every month, whereas SINGLE is a one-off project; meaning you pay per project and you don't have to worry about being capped on how much you can produce each month.
Step 2: Complete your order
At this point, you have selected your plan. Go ahead and click the ADD TO CART button. Leading up to the cart page, you will have the option to remove the plan incase you change your mind; but if satisfied, proceed by clicking the CHECK OUT button. This will lead you to the check out page where you will be able to fill out your personal details and complete your order.
Step 3: Accept invite
You are now ready to create! Within a few minutes, one of our editors will reach out by email, inviting you to connect via Asana. There, you will have direct contact with the guru that manages your project. Accept the invitation and proceed through the following requirements. If you didn't receive invitation via email, do check your spam/junk mail. If you have not received an invitation within that hour, please send us a message on our live chatbox and we will assist you faster.
Step 4: Navigate to the chatbox on Asana
Go to the 'INBOX' section on the left-hand side of Asana and click the message you have been assigned to (the tutorial will show it better). Once you've found the chatbox, send a cheeky message to the editor stating that you're the customer who has been invited to the Asana chatbox.
And vua-la! You are now connected with your editor! Here, you can send your footage and communicate directly with them at any time. It's also a good idea to download the Asana app on your phone to keep notified on the go. You will also be provided with the final looks of your projects. Feel free to give any feedback, they are always open for suggestions.
